ForwardFocus Conference : 2018

ForwardFocus 2018

This year's theme was The Changing Information Landscape: Libraries in the “Post-Truth” and Open Access Era.

It is an important time for librarians to be active in our campus communities. We wanted to hear about how community college librarians are teaching information literacy, advocating for access, and leading students and faculty into the new information age. This year’s conference sought to highlight community college libraries as they adapt and thrive in the midst of the current information landscape.

ForwardFocus 2018 was held on Friday, October 19, 2018 on the ICC campus, as well as virtually.
